Building code compliance

Describe how the building work will comply with the clauses of the building code, such as structural stability, durability, protection from fire, access, moisture control, services and facilities, and energy efficiency.

The building code compliance information is commonly provided by the architect and / or other qualified technical lead for a building project. See how to add other participants to collaborate to create a high-quality application.

It is important that this data is complete and accurate, and supported by information in the plans and specifications. Incomplete building code compliance information will result in requests for information (RFIs). RFIs may slow down the consent process.

Select or deselect a clause and identify all the ways that the building work complies with the clause.

The Acceptable solution (AS), Construction method (CM)and Verification method (VM) options are those defined in the code for the clause.
